Coastal Erosion Study
Project Overview#
This year-long project documents the dynamic relationship between coastal landforms and tidal forces. Captured at monthly intervals, these images reveal the gradual transformation of shoreline features through seasonal patterns of erosion and accretion.
Methodology#
Working with a fixed vantage point, each frame captures the same coastal section at different tidal states and weather conditions. The consistent framing allows viewers to observe subtle changes in sand patterns, rock formations, and vegetation boundaries.
Technical Notes#
All images captured in RAW format with careful attention to consistent color temperature and exposure. Post-processing focused on enhancing textural details while maintaining naturalistic color rendering.
