Studio notes and documentation from the making of specific pieces.

These entries are irregular—posted when there’s something worth documenting about material experiments, patination discoveries, or technical problems that led somewhere interesting. Not every piece gets process documentation, and that’s fine.

The purpose is to show how the work develops rather than to provide tutorials. Bronze casting and patination have enough variables that what works in my studio might not transfer directly to others, but observing the general approach may be useful for people working with similar materials.
